To become “Cadet of the Month” you have to go up on a board of your peers. Cadet Robert Causey went up against three other cadets and answered General Knowledge questions consisting of First Aid, Land Navigation, JROTC/Leadership, and Chain of Command.

Robert Causey said, “To me, being Cadet of the Month is a honor for all of my dedication and hard work ethic, and it is a privilege being announced for Cadet of the Month. I respect all of the hard work and dedication that my fellow peers put into the Army J.R.O.T.C.”
