The 2024 Grammy’s was an exciting event most celebrities were waiting for. Each year, the Grammys are held, and different Grammy awards are handed out with specific names and titles for many amazing music artists.

Many believe Billie should have been the one to win the award, instead of Beyonce. Beyonce won the Grammy for Best Album of the Year, given for her album Cowboy Carter. She also was awarded another Grammy, “Best Country Album”, but that’s not entirely why people are upset, as a ton of Billie fans or music listeners think someone else, even if it wasn’t Billie, deserved the award more than her.

Billie Eilish, like many artists this year, released her new album, called “Hit Me Hard and Soft”. This album has many trending songs, such as Birds of a Feather, Wildflower, and Chihiro. This album received 72.7 MILLION listeners on the first day it was released in 24 hours. 

Can you name any new Beyoncé song names? If not, that’s because she only has one trending song from the album that was top three on the charts, Texas Hold’Em. Billie’s third trending song, Chihiro, has 943,789,520 MILLION plays. Beyonce’s third and only trending song from her new album, Texas Hold’Em, has 628,901,403 million plays, which is a 314,888,117 million difference in plays since the songs were released. 

Billie deserved that Grammy, number-wise. She has more monthly listeners, more songs played on her newer album, and a lot more trending songs than Beyoncé. Beyonce has had a lot of good songs and albums over the years, but this year was not the greatest, and many would agree she’s done better.
