Before you walk off that stage and Graduate,There are requirements like attire, invitations to your graduation and alot more.
You need to make sure that you have passed your SOL tests and classes because that’s really important, That’s only the way to graduate in high school.If you don’t pass your classes that you need and passing your SOL then you are going to get held back another grade and going to for another year of school. There is a thing called Standard diploma and Advanced diploma. Standard diploma is the most common high school diploma where the students will meet the basic graduation requirements.or Advanced diploma,it’s more of a demanding diploma option than a Standard diploma. It requires you to get a 400 on every sol and take more classes and then after that you will get that diploma.
Next there will be events at school for seniors like seniors sunset where all the seniors come and they can get free food and play games and win prizes and so much more. It’s a fun time and they could do different things for seniors. They also have seniors do things around the school for the memories and make them known at school. For example, this year’s seniors were allowed to leave handprints on the wall with their names. Then they have this cap and grown celebration where seniors put on their cap and gown and take a class photo. Then they go to an elementary school and walk in the hallways and the elementary student congratulates them graduating.There will be some days that before graduating they will go to their old elementary schools and walk down the halls. Maybe seeing your favorite teachers or if you have a younger brother and sister you might see them and it’s just a really special feeling because you were in their shoes like 8 years ago and it’s just unreal to see.
Students will send invites to their family and friends for their graduation. You or your parents will make cards that say your full name then the day you are walking the stage, the time and where it will be held and add so coloring and to it decontions. Then you put them in an envelope and hang them out or send them out to your close ones so they can come and congratulate you on getting your diploma. You have that feeling of joy because everyone that has taken care of you for your life is about to watch you accomplish your goal to finish school.
When you are about to graduate and get your diploma.You can express the Congratulations for the accomplishment and offer best wishes for the future. You can also acknowledge the hard work and dedication that you have put in all your years in school. People might say school was hard and stressful and hurts them like bullying and homework and getting Fs on tests or projects. School has given you moments and memories that you will never forget like making friends because without school, you wouldn’t have any friends you can make. School is mostly where you find friends. You can play sports at school like anything, sign up for something and play, and who knows, you could get to a college and then go to a professional sport, and have many other moments. This will be a moment that you will never forget. Enjoy it because it goes by fast. Congratulations, class of 2025, you made it!
